1 floz chilled pomegranate juice per glass
1 large orange
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds per glass (optional)
1 clementine per glass (optional)
Using a y peeler, peel a thick strip of orange peel and rub around the rim of each champagne flute (you may need more than one strip of peel depending on the number of glasses you are preparing).
Slice the orange in half, juice and add a tea spoon of juice to each flute then pour in the pomegranate juice.
Using the channel knife on a zester, slowly peel a thin long strip of zest from the clementine. Wrap the twist around your finger and hold firmly for a few seconds to help form the distinctive twist shape.
Slowly add champagne. Garnish with pomegranate seeds a twist of clementine (optional) . Serve immediately.
