Delivery & Shipping


We ship goods all over the world.

The carriers we use are Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, DPD, FedEx and OCS Worldwide. For all overseas orders outside the United Kingdom, the shipping charge will be calculated on weight, number of items and destination. However the best way to see the actual charge is to add your items to the shopping basket and select the delivery location; at which point the shipping value will be displayed automatically. Please note in viewing the shopping cart in this way you have not actually placed an order.

If you are happy to proceed with your order after viewing your shopping cart, please enter payment details as instructed and then submit your order for processing.

Due to restrictions imposed by the courier, we may not be able to send some of our products overseas, for example, pressurised containers, toxic substances, particularly heavy items. You will be advised of any products affected by the restrictions during checkout.

Occasionally, we may be unable to deliver to a destination due to a variety of circumstances - if this is the case you will not be able to select a delivery address during checkout.

Shipments made to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties which are the responsibility of the purchaser. As duties vary from country to country, we suggest that you contact your local authorities for further information.


We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, depending on stock availability. We will inform you by e-mail if there should be any significant delay. Please include a valid post code for all addresses as this helps speed up the delivery time of your order.

Orders may require a signature on delivery, so please make sure that a delivery address where you know that someone will be available to sign for your package is supplied.

 PLEASE NOTE: These prices are correct for all parcels under 20kg in weight. Any large orders over this weight may be subjected to additional shipping charges.

Shop online from the comfort of your home and select ‘Click & Collect’ to have your shopping items packed and available for collection in PRESENCE Retail Store at your convenience. 

Nearly all of our products are available to order ‘Click & Collect’ - some of our products are dispatched directly from the supplier, so will not be available for ‘Click & Collect’. When you checkout, you will be asked which delivery method you would prefer: simply select the ‘Click & Collect’ option when you checkout to collect your order.

When you place your order you will receive an email confirming the items purchased. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming this with the order details.

You may collect your ‘Click & Collect’ order during store opening hours. ‘Click & Collect’ orders will be kept for 14 days from the collection date. If, however, you are unable to collect it within this time frame or you need to change the collection date, please contact our Customer Service Team by email: info@presencedirect.com or by Telephone Number: +44 [0] 28 9182 0222. Otherwise, after 14 days, your order will be cancelled and you will automatically be refunded the order value less a 10% handling charge. Please allow 7 working days for this refund to show on your account.

When collecting your ‘Click & Collect’ order you will be required to provide the following:

  • The credit or debit card used to pay for your order and valid photo ID.
  • A copy of your Order Confirmation email – either printed, or displayed on your tablet / iPhone.
  • If you paid by Presence e-Gift Voucher you will only need to bring a copy of your Order Confirmation email.

If collecting a ‘Click & Collect’ order on behalf of someone else, you will be required to provide the following:

  • Valid photo ID of yourself.
  • A copy of the Order Confirmation email – either printed, or displayed on your tablet / iPhone including permission for collection provided by the Buyer.
  • If the order was paid for by a Presence e-Gift Voucher you will only need to bring a copy of the order confirmation email.

The Collector will be required to sign for the order on collection.

You will be able to return any ‘Click & Collect’ order for a full refund within 14 days of collecting it. To do this, you may either come into the store or register the return online and post it back to us.

If you need to change the original delivery method selected for your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by email: info@presencedirect.com or by Telephone Number: 0044 [0] 28 9182 0222. Please note that the Customer Service Team will only be able to change the delivery method if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If you have received an email stating that your order is on its way, then it will be too late to change your delivery method.


Ordering by Telephone or In Writing by Post

We understand that you may not have confidence in buying online. As much as we can assure you that it is safe to purchase goods online, you still may prefer to order by telephone or in writing. Therefore we offer an ordering service by telephone or post for those who do not wish to purchase online.

How to order

To order by telephone, simply call us and if you wish to provide your contact telephone number we will call you back promptly. We will collect all your delivery details, the product(s) you wish to order and then we will take your card details for payment. Please note we do NOT store any credit/debit card details. Any card details taken are entered directly into our card machine or online terminal, so that your details are safe and secure. For your own security please do not include any card details within e-mails at any time.

Delivery address

For security reasons when ordering by telephone, your delivery address must be the same as the cardholder’s address. This is because the facility for security checks is unavailable when the payment has not been made through our online system, so you will be limited to one address.
