PRESENCE fully respects your right to privacy and will not collect personal information about you on this website without your permission. Any personal information which you volunteer will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. All Presence online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers.

Secure online shopping

When you place an order or access your account information, it is done using the Secure Socket Layer [SSL] encryption method - your details are encrypted before the information goes from your computer to our computer.

When this is happening you will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of the browser - this means that your details are totally safe and only Presence can see them. [Some browsers do not have this symbol – however, if the address of the web page starts with https, this also confirms that you details are secure.] This method is the recognised standard for secure transactions. Your payment details are held in an encrypted format by our payment providers [SagePay or PayPal] and Presence does not have access to your payment details.

We are PCI DSS compliant.
